If you're using the rubicell applicator:
Swirl the sponge into powder and pat on face. Reapply as needed throughout the day to absorb excess oil. Can be worn alone or over liquid foundation for extra coverage.
If you're using a brush:
Swirl brush into powder and tap off excess, then pat onto desired areas and buff foundation onto skin using circular motions.
