How much is shipping?

U.S. orders of $50 or more ship free via standard ground shipping. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99. Subscription orders always ship free. The $50 total is counted after discounts and before taxes.

How long will it take?

Standard ground delivery takes about 5–7 business days for orders of $50 or more, and 5–10 business days for orders under $50.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

We ship to the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses) and Canada. Shipping to Canada is a flat $12.00 via DHL Parcel International Direct. We're working on more destinations. Tell us where you #wanderout.

How can I track my order?

Each order gets a tracking number, which we email to you once your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime with our order tracker. If you no longer have access to the email on your order, email us at [email protected] and we'll send your tracking info.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes.

My order arrived damaged, was returned to you, or arrived and is wrong. What should I do?

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll make it right as soon as possible.

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I can't find it. What do I do?

Packages sometimes end up with a neighbor, a mail room or a building office. If you've looked around and still can't find it, email [email protected] and we'll make sure you get your order.
