We cannot accept returns on international orders at this time.

We proudly stand behind every multitasker we sell. If you are unhappy with an item(s) you received, we will gladly exchange or refund full-price items and sales tax - minus any shipping fees - made within 30 days of purchase. If you are returning items from a kit or bundle, all items must be returned to be eligible for a refund. We are unable to process refunds for kits or bundles that have been returned with missing items. If you did not make your purchase through, please contact the retail partner for your return or exchange.

How do I initiate return/exchange?

Please note, it is important to enter the information exactly as it appears in your order confirmation.

When can I expect my refund/exchange?

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 1 to 5 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return/exchange.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

To serve you better, Wander Beauty will begin to process your order immediately after you click the PLACE ORDER button. Because orders go into processing immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.

Can I return final sale essentials?

Please be advised that final sale items cannot be returned/exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that were marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase, regardless of the current status of the product.
