Can I cancel or modify my order?
To serve you better, Wander Beauty will begin to process your order immediately after you click the PLACE ORDER button. Because orders go into processing immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.

Why was I charged sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - AR, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, IL, IN, KY, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, RI, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and all provinces / territories in Canada. Sales tax is calculated on the total of your order after discount and will be added to your order automatically at checkout once you have entered your shipping address. The tax is calculated based on your local tax rates and the items you are purchasing.
Can I use my rewards code with a promo code?
At this time, we only support one code per order.

Is Wander Beauty cruelty free?
Yes, Wander Beauty products are cruelty free and free of parabens, mineral oil, phthalates and synthetic fragrance. We are leaping bunny certified.
While we cannot sell in China due to their requirements around animal testing, Chinese consumers will now be able to access Wander products through cross-border e-commerce platforms. Wander Beauty is, has been and will remain committed to being cruelty free, and therefore until China’s animal testing requirements have been lifted, we unfortunately will not be carried in stores in China.
