Return Policy

We proudly stand behind every product we sell. If you are unhappy with an item(s) you received, for any reason we will gladly exchange or refund full-price items and sales tax – minus the shipping charges – no questions asked – made within 30 days of purchase. If you make a Wander Beauty purchase through Sephora, QVC, or Net-a-Porter, then you will have to return or exchange the products through them.

To initiate a return or an exchange, please contact us via email at service@wanderbeauty.info with “returns and exchanges”  and your order number in the subject line. 

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items from www.wanderbeauty.com.

  • Please send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the US Postal Services for your protection and to ensure a timely credit. Wander Beauty is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit.
  • Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, and wanderbeauty.com order number. Please print the email invoice to place inside the box with your exchange or returned product, and let us know if you would like a refund, or an exchange.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 1 to 5 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return/exchange.

To serve you better, Wander Beauty will begin to process your order immediately after you click the PLACE ORDER button. Because orders go into processing immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
