Where's my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking info. You can also track the status of your order here.

How much does shipping cost? How will my order be shipped?

Wander Beauty offers free standard shipping on all US ground orders over $40. For orders under $40, there is a flat fee of $4.00 per order. Free standard shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska. Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will ship via USPS Priority Mail and there is a flat fee of $15 per order. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

How long will my order take to ship?

Your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST on a Friday or holiday will be processed the following business day.

Does WanderBeauty.com ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, WanderBeauty.com does ship to P.O. Boxes.

Does Wander Beauty ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States but since we love to travel, we're working on international shipping as well. Tell us where you #wanderout.

RETURN POLICY

We proudly stand behind every product we sell. If you are unhappy with an item(s) you received, for any reason we will gladly exchange or refund full-price items and sales tax – minus the shipping charges – no questions asked – made within 30 days of purchase. If you make a Wander Beauty purchase through any of our retail parthers, the exchange will need to be processed through the original retailer where the purchase was made.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at service@wanderbeauty.info with “returns and exchanges” and your order number in the subject line.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items from www.wanderbeauty.com.

  • Please send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the US Postal Services for your protection and to ensure a timely credit. Wander Beauty is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit.
  • Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, and wanderbeauty.com order number. Please print the email invoice to place inside the box with your exchange or returned product, and let us know if you would like a refund, or an exchange..

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return/exchange.

To serve you better, Wander Beauty will begin to process your order immediately after you click the PLACE ORDER button. Because orders go into processing immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been  submitted.

OUR PRODUCTS

Is Wander Beauty cruelty free?

Yes, Wander Beauty products are cruelty free and free of parabens, mineral oil, phthalates and synthetic fragrance. 

While we cannot sell in China due to their requirements around animal testing, Chinese consumers will now be able to access Wander products through cross-border e-commerce platforms. Wander Beauty is, has been and will remain committed to being cruelty free, and therefore until China’s animal testing requirements have been lifted, we unfortunately will not be carried in stores in China.

Where can I purchase Wander Beauty products?

Our products are sold on WanderBeauty.com, Sephora.com, select international Sephora.coms (Canada, Austrailia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines), Net-a-Porter and Birchbox.

Do you offer samples of your products?

At this time we do not offer samples of our products. If you have a question about a particular product we’d be happy to answer it for you. Email your questions to service@wanderbeauty.info.
