We've seen the iconic Twiggy beauty look done a variety of ways throughout the Halloween season. For this one, celebrity makeup artist, Tina Turnbow, put her touch on this mod look on our very own Co-Founder Lindsay Ellingson.
Use Wanderlust Foundationto achieve an all over matte flawless finish on your complexion.Mix Slide Liner Automatic Eyeliner in Black Sandwith a drop of Glow Ahead Face Oilon the back of your hand. Using a finger, smudge it into the lash line and across your lids for a smokey effect. Line your lash line using the same eyeliner.Go bold and layer (and then layer some more!) Unlashed Mascara for a chunky lash look. Add On-the-Glow Blush and Illuminator for a radiant flush.
Holly Golightly, Madeline Mackenzie Style
Madeline Mackenzie of Big Little Lies put a new spin on the typical Audrey Hepburn costume... and we love it! And most likely, you already own most of the items to throw this one together at home. Rather than go for the black dress, pearls, and hair bun look, Madeline opted for the chic pajama look Audrey wears in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. The makeup is just as simple to recreate as the costume.
Apply Nude Illusion as your foundation base for a radiant finish.
Apply the blush side of On-the-Glow to the apples of your cheeks and blend for a rosy flush. Dab over your lips for bit of color.
Use the illuminator side on your cheekbones and brow bone for a subtle glow.
Finish off the look with 2-3 coats of Unlashed Mascara.
A favorite on Instagram, this ocean-themed, rainbow-fish-eque costume, looks beautiful and is easier to recreate than you think.
Apply the cream stick (in the cap) of Catch the Light Highlighter and Glowtion to your cheekbones, brow bone, inner eye corner, and cupids bow to illuminate your complexion.
Place a piece of netting (fishnet stockings work great!) over your cheekbones and temples. Take a fluffy brush and use shades Snowbird, Flushed, and Apres Ski from your Wanderess Chill palette to create the shimmering scales.
Use Apres Ski from your Wanderess Chill palette all over eyelids and top with mascara.
Unscrew the cream stick applicator of Glowtion to reveal the liquid version of the highlighter. Squeeze a few drops onto your hands and apply over your decolletage and shoulders for an all over ethereal glow.
Belle of the Ball
An easy feat to pull off - just add a bold mask to this bold lip look for impact!
Create a bronzy eyeshadow look by applying Sun Kissed from your Wanderess Off Duty Eyeshadow palette all over your lid. Use Desert in your crease and blend. Finish the eye look with 1-2 coats of mascara.
Use Lipsetter in Fuschia Class on your lips for a bold pop of color.
Add a masquerade mask, and your look is complete!
The purrfect costume if you’re already a pro at drawing on a winged eyeliner. All you need is a cute pair of cat ears and a powerful black eyeliner.
Fill in your brows with Frame Your Face Micro Brow Pencil. The micro tip mimics hair so your brows look full, but natural. Draw hair-like strokes in the direction the hair grows, applying less pressure at the start of the brow and more pressure at the tail.
Use Slide Liner in Black Sand to create a winged eyeliner. Start at the inner corner of your eye and draw a line towards the end of your brow. Pro-tip: Unscrew the bottom of the eyeliner to reveal a sharpener. Sharpen Slide Liner to create a more precise point.
Draw on your nose and whiskers with Slide Liner
Complete the look with 1-2 coats of Unlashed Mascara.
